Code of Laws

The code is an arrangement of the individual laws into sections which reflect a topic or agency. These sections are called "Titles."

Statutes

Also called session laws and public laws. In sources, such as Advance Legislative Service, they are simply called "Acts." In Delaware, the laws are called Chapters and the status is listed as signed.
