Most Library online resources can be accessed from off campus by current UD faculty, staff, and students. When using links on these pages, you may be prompted for your UDelNetID and password. Please report any issues you encounter while accessing Library databases, e-journals, or e-books.

Interlibrary Loan

Books and other materials not held by the UD Library may be obtained by Interlibrary Loan. This service is available to UD faculty, students, and staff.

UD Library Distance Learning Services

 

University of Delaware students, faculty, and staff have remote access to Library resources and services. Distance students in both undergraduate and graduate programs may access library resources such as Library databases, electronic journals and newspapers, subject guides, and DELCAT, the Library’s online catalog as well as utilize interlibrary loan services to request items not owned by the library, to request articles held only in print, or to request books or chapters of books held in print.

The Library also provides online research assistance our chat and email service offered through Ask The Library

Students in remote locations may also access assigned class readings and other research material through the Library’s Electronic Reserves Services. UD Faculty teaching at the Delaware Technical & Community College Campus may arrange to obtain UD Library reserve materials and UD Library media materials for classes.
