This organization "was founded in 2006 to promote and facilitate the cooperative exchange of ideas and resources between Francophone and North American research libraries."
Organized by the Western European Specialists Section (WESS) of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). Of particular importance are the regional resources guides, now available for Classics Studies, French Studies, German Studies, Iberian Studies, and Italian Studies.
