What is the Library Annex?

The Library Annex stores Library materials in a facility that is not open to the public.  Library Annex materials can be requested and delivered to the Morris Library Help Center or to the Special Collections Reading Room.

Identifying and Requesting Library Annex Materials

All Library Annex materials are identified in DELCAT.  Fill out the Library Annex Request Form or use the "Request" button in DELCAT to request retrieval and delivery.

Library staff will retrieve Library Annex items daily Monday through Friday. Items requested will be processed the next business day. Once retrieved, items will be held for the requester for ten days at the Morris Library Help Center (or the Special Collections Reading Room, if indicated on the request). The same borrowing policies will apply to Library Annex items as applied to those items when they were located in their originating library.
