Patron Status Options (Email Form)

Form has a drop down menu with eleven choices:

Beginning July: Patron Status Options

Patron or UD Status expanded to 11 options

Beginning July: Routing Options Enhanced

More options added; not just department names.

UD or Patron Status Options Prior to 2015 July

When looking at "Answered Tickets," tickets answered before July 2015 are marked with the "wrong" patron status from option 5 down.
