Multimedia literacy is the set of abilities that enables an individual to effectively find, interpret, evaluate, use, and create multimedia. This guide is intended to help students and instructors with multimedia-based projects, specifically video and image-based projects.

Student Multimedia Design Center staff are available to answer your questions, or to set up a consultation session to go over the technical aspects of the multimedia assignment. You can also make an appointment for a consultation session at the Writing Center to go over the rhetorical effectiveness of your multimedia project.
