About Delaware Regulations

All agencies, boards, and commissions wishing to propose to formulate, adopt, amend or repeal a regulation are required by law to submit regulations to the Office of the Registrar of Regulations. Administrative Procedures Act (29 Del.C. Ch. 101).

The Office of the Registrar of Regulations is part of the Division of Research of the General Assembly.

The Administrative Code is arranged by topical/agency sections called "Title." Be alert, some of the titles mirror the Title names and numbers of the Delaware Code and others do not.
