What Is/Are University Archives?

The University Archives are separate from the Library's Special Collections, though there is some overlap in subjects represented in primary sources to support WOMS 410.

The University Archives and Records Management serves as the main repository for historical records of the University of Delaware, its predecessor institutions – including the Academy of Newark, Newark College, Delaware College, and the Women’s College of Delaware – as well as its Board of Trustees, its constituent colleges, departments, and programs, and its administrative offices and units. Detailed information about services and collections and contact information is available via a website.

Selected Sources
