It is intended to assist individuals, entrepreneurs and small business to become more literate about issues affecting personal finances. It covers tools available from government  agencies, non profit organizations, academia and commercial databases accessible to authorized University of Delaware students and faculty.

360 Degrees of Financial literacy is a national volunteer effort of the nation’s Certified Public Accountants to help Americans understand their personal finances and develop money management skills. It focuses on financial education as a lifelong endeavor—from children learning about the value of money to adults reaching a secure retirement. The site offers general information for managing personal finances and does not recommend specific financial actions.

An educational resource from the National Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE). CashCourse is your real-life guide to taking charge of your money. It provides excellent personal finance tools to help students build real-life-ready financial skills and avoid common mistakes and issues college students encounter about money decisions.
