In Library resources, the words "theses" or "thesis" used alone includes both doctoral dissertations and master's theses. The primary database for searching and identifying theses and dissertations is ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, often called Dissertations Abstracts.
The University of Delaware Library does not often have theses from other institutions, but check DELCAT Discovery to be sure.
Some theses may be borrowed through Interlibrary Loan. Check these resources to obtain the correct information to fill out an ILL request form:
Theses not available through Interlibrary Loan can be purchased from the ProQuest company.
Beginning May 2009, senior theses are submitted digitally.
University Archives and Records Management (002 Pearson Hall; 831-2750)

Contact University Archives to request a thesis. The Thesis Collection is stored off-site; allow at least one working day for retrieval.
