Description: If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to format citations, reference lists and bibliographies, turn to
the citation tool EndNote Online. It organizes and stores your references, then creates properly formatted
bibliographies in a wide variety of citation styles.

During this workshop, learn how to export references from popular research databases in the sciences,
such as PubMed and the Web of Science, to save yourself time and frustration. You’ll discover how to
organize and share your references, and format citations and bibliographies. You'll also explore how to
use the Cite While You Write plugin to insert citations and bibliographies into Microsoft Word or Office
365.

This in-person workshop is open to UD students, faculty and staff.

EndNote 20 is now available for purchase or 30-day trial for both Mac and PC from Clarivate. The content on this guide is currently for EndNote X9 and is being updated for EndNote 20. Clarivate's EndNote Online Training Resources

EndNote Click (formerly Kopernio) is a utility that allows you to instantly access subscribed articles from the UD Libraries' databases while you are searching sources like PubMed, Google Scholar, and Web of Science.  EndNote Click also allows you to store PDFs in a personal locker for your future research.

EndNote Click requires a free registration to use; it does not integrate with your existing UD username and password. If you use EndNote Online, you can use the same account to access EndNote Click.

Benefits of using EndNote Click:

  • Store up to 100MB of PDF documents in your personal locker
  • Integrate with popular search tools such as Google Scholar, Web of Science, and PubMed - automatically find the best legal versions of articles found in your search results
  • Integrate with citation managers such as EndNote, Zotero, and Mendeley - save the citations for the articles in your locker to your account in your preferred citation manager
