Research in Nursing

Welcome to the Nursing subject guide. This guide will provide you with the tools needed to conduct research on a variety of topics related to Nursing. This subject guide is designed to help you find information, books, articles, reference sources and more in the field of Nursing available through the UD Library print and online resources. This guide is NOT a comprehensive listing of sources, but can be used as a starting point to begin research projects based on specific information needs.
Resources for Research
The UD Library uses the Library of Congress Classification System to arrange books and print journals on the shelves. This system uses letters and numbers to complete the Call Number. A call number is like an address: it tells us where the book is located in the library.
